After Kanine featured Bonnot’s track Koomalé in his Summer Essentials 2025 mix (alongside artists such as Sub Focus, Delta Heavy, Luude, Grafix & Culture Shock, A Little Sound, Arcando, and Bou), Bonnot’s name began to gain wider recognition not only within the Reggae/Jungle scene — where he was already well known for his long-standing career alongside the legendary General Levy, collaborations with icons such as Ed Solo and Mr. Williamz, and performances at major festivals like Rototom Sunsplash, where he was one of the headliners of the 30th anniversary edition — but also as a Drum & Bass producer.

 

In 2025, Bonnot won the Drum’n’Bass Italy Awards for Best Producer and Best Single.

 

Throughout 2025, Bonnot released numerous singles, including Neva Stop (on Dub Shotta), the dancefloor hit Satisfy Me with Jasmine Knight, and three new singles with General Levy. He also completed a 40-date European tour, which caught the attention of the DNBTV crew and led to a booking deal.

 

Over the years, Bonnot has performed at major festivals such as Outlook Festival and IDM (International Drum’n’Bass Meeting), and has opened for artists including Camo & Krooked, Noisia, Drumsound & Bassline Smith, DC Breaks, Prolix, Black Sun Empire, DJ Aphrodite, Pendulum, Benny Page, Ed Solo, Serial Killaz, and many more.

 

His music has received international radio support from stations including BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 1Xtra, HOT 97 (USA), 99JAMZ, Shade 45 (USA), and IRIE FM (Jamaica).

His official remixes include standout tracks like “Time Travel” for Dead Prez feat. Busta Rhymes, Black Thought (The Roots), Bun B & General Levy (presented by DJ Mag UK), “Stand Up Remix” for Asian Dub Foundation, and “Run” from Dub FX’s album Theory of Harmony (with Numa Crew).

 

He also appears as a featured artist on 30!, the album by world-renowned jazz musician Paolo Fresu.
